Program Overview
The Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management equips HR professionals and aspiring leaders to manage the full range of HR functions, from workforce planning and talent acquisition to performance, compensation, labour law compliance, and organisational development. It gives particular attention to the financial impact of HR decisions and the responsible use of AI. Learning combines practical frameworks, Bangladesh-focused case examples, and hands-on exercises, and concludes with a mentor-guided project applied to a real or chosen organisation.

- Communicate HR policy, data, and recommendations clearly to leadership and employees.
- Use AI responsibly to support HR analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
- Apply HR concepts through a structured, mentor-guided project.

Assessment Processes:
- Each course assessment mark is 100.
- The assessment for each module consists of a midterm and a final term examination
- The examination follows a Multiple-Choice Question (MCQ) and Short Answer Question.

Passing Score:
To complete PGDHRM, students must obtain at least 60% marks in each module and an average of at least 70%.
Eligibility:
Anyone can enroll in the PGDHRM Program after graduating.

To get enrolled in the PGDHRM Program, you have to submit the following documents:
• A scanned copy of your graduation certificate.
• A scanned copy of your NID Card/Passport.
• A scanned copy of your passport-sized photo.
